Ceny nejrychleji stoupaly hlavn\u011b v posledn\u00edch 2 letech \u2013 \u00fav\u011bry byly extr\u00e9mn\u011b levn\u00e9 a pro jejich z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed sta\u010dilo splnit velmi vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. \u0158ada byt\u016f se tak nakupovala s investi\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1m\u011brem, tedy pro zhodnocen\u00ed. Tento r\u016fst se te\u010f zastavil, m\u016f\u017eeme to vid\u011bt i na realitn\u00edch port\u00e1lech. V nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech nemovitosti dokonce m\u00edrn\u011b zlev\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee realitn\u00ed bublina bude v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech trochu splask\u00e1vat. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si byt koupili jako investici, nemus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dat jeho spl\u00e1cen\u00ed.
