Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 spl\u00e1tka hypot\u00e9ky v\u00e1s tak mohla p\u0159ij\u00edt na dal\u0161\u00ed statis\u00edce korun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec zas\u00e1hla <strong>\u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka<\/strong> a podm\u00ednk\u00e1m pro mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky hypot\u00e9ky nastavila <strong>jasn\u00e9 mantinely<\/strong>. Ty se ov\u0161em vztahuj\u00ed pouze <strong>na \u00fav\u011bry uzav\u0159en\u00e9 nebo refinancovan\u00e9 od prosince 2016<\/strong>. Pokud m\u00e1te \u00fav\u011br star\u0161\u00ed, bohu\u017eel se na v\u00e1s nov\u00e1 pravidla nevztahuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/investice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pokud m\u016f\u017eete svoje pen\u00edze zhodnocovat v\u00edce, ne\u017e kolik je \u00farok va\u0161\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky, m\u016f\u017ee se v\u00e1m vyplatit investovat p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze<\/a> sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b splatit \u00fav\u011br.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-mimo-dn-spl-cet-m-ete-i-zdarma\">Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b spl\u00e1cet m\u016f\u017eete i zdarma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzav\u0159eli nebo refinancovali jste svou hypot\u00e9ku v prosince 2016 nebo pozd\u011bji? Ohl\u00eddat si mus\u00edte jenom dv\u011b podm\u00ednky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou spl\u00e1tku hypot\u00e9ky po\u0161lete <strong>m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159ed v\u00fdro\u010d\u00edm uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Splatili jste u\u017e <strong>minim\u00e1ln\u011b dvan\u00e1ct spl\u00e1tek<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spl\u00e1cet zdarma m\u016f\u017eete i v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Celou hypot\u00e9ku (starou i novou) m\u016f\u017eete zdarma splatit v\u017edycky <strong>na konci <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/fixace-hypoteky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>fixa\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed<\/strong><\/a>, podobn\u011b jako p\u0159i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/hypotecni-kalkulacka\/refinancovani\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky<\/a> jinou bankou v z\u00e1sad\u011b spl\u00e1c\u00edte zbytek hypot\u00e9ky u p\u016fvodn\u00ed banky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/prodej-nemovitosti-s-hypotekou\/\"><strong>p\u0159i prodeji ne<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/prodej-nemovitosti-s-hypotekou\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/prodej-nemovitosti-s-hypotekou\/\"><strong>ovitosti<\/strong> lze \u00fav\u011br splatit<\/a> a banka ne\u00fa\u010dtuje poplatky nav\u00edc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zdarma m\u016f\u017ee klient\/ka splatit hypot\u00e9ku <strong>z pojistn\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 bylo k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu sjedn\u00e1no, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee on\/a nebo jeho\/jej\u00ed man\u017eel\/ka nebo partner\/ka zem\u0159e, stane se invalidn\u00edm apod., a je t\u00edm ohro\u017eena schopnost spl\u00e1cet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-poplatky-za-mimo-dn-spl-tky-spadly-dol\">Poplatky za mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky spadly dol\u016f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro \u00fav\u011bry sjednan\u00e9 nebo refinancovan\u00e9 v prosinci 2016 nebo pozd\u011bji u\u017e nehroz\u00ed p\u0159ebujel\u00e9 poplatky. Podle regulac\u00ed \u010cNB v\u00e1m banka nesm\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtovat nic v\u00edc ne\u017e \u00fa\u010deln\u011b vynalo\u017een\u00e9 administrativn\u00ed poplatky.
