LTV z\u016fstalo jedin\u00fdm parametrem pro posouzen\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlad\u00ed klienti do 36 let mohou z\u00edskat hypot\u00e9ku do 90 % hodnoty nemovitosti; klienti star\u0161\u00ed 36 let dos\u00e1hnou na hypot\u00e9ku v hodnot\u011b max. 80 % LTV. Star\u0161\u00ed klienti tedy mus\u00ed m\u00edt naspo\u0159eno v\u00edce vlastn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, tedy 20 % z v\u00fd\u0161e \u00fav\u011bru. Je tak\u00e9 regulovan\u00e1 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky dle p\u0159\u00edjmu. Va\u0161i \u017e\u00e1dost pak posoud\u00ed v tzv. <strong>procesu scoringu<\/strong>, kdy podle sv\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed <strong>ohodnot\u00ed va\u0161i bonitu<\/strong>, tedy schopnost a ochotu spl\u00e1cet. Krom\u011b va\u0161ich p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f vezmou v potaz i v\u00fddaje, kouknout se na va\u0161e z\u00e1znamy v bankovn\u00edch a nebankovn\u00edch registrech a zakalkulavat m\u016f\u017eou i v\u00e1\u0161 v\u011bk, lokalitu nebo povol\u00e1n\u00ed.
