P\u0159i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i hypot\u00e9ky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 450 000 K\u010d (140 900 EUR) v\u00e1m to p\u0159i rozlo\u017een\u00ed na 30 let p\u0159inese<strong> \u00faspory v \u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek tis\u00edc<\/strong>. A to t\u011bm \u017eadatel\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou star\u0161\u00ed 40 let a pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed spl\u00e1cet hypot\u00e9ku je\u0161t\u011b v d\u016fchodov\u00e9m v\u011bku. N\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka Slovenska tak chce omezit nadm\u011brn\u00e9 zadlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fchodc\u016f. S p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem \u017eadatele se proto uveden\u00fd \u00fav\u011brov\u00fd strop bude sni\u017eovat v\u017edy o 0,25 v ka\u017ed\u00e9m roce po \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtce. Tedy u\u017e 41let\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dos\u00e1hne na \u00fav\u011br nanejv\u00fd\u0161 do 7,75n\u00e1sobku p\u0159\u00edjmu. Pades\u00e1tilet\u00fd u\u017e jen do 5,5n\u00e1sobku ro\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu, pokud m\u00e1 splatnost jeho pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky nastat po 65. roce v\u011bku.
