Chr\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitost, kterou bance ru\u010d\u00edte p\u0159i spl\u00e1cen\u00ed, a vinkulace se v\u017edy nastavuje ve prosp\u011bch banky. Pokud dojde k <strong>rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edmu po\u0161kozen\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong>, poji\u0161\u0165ovna obvykle na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed banky p\u0159evede pen\u00edze na jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010det a banka v\u00e1m je p\u0159epo\u0161le po oprav\u011b \u0161kod. P\u0159i <strong>men\u0161\u00edch \u0161kod\u00e1ch<\/strong> je pojistn\u00e9 obvykle vyplaceno p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00e1m, a i u rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stek m\u016f\u017ee banka souhlasit s vyplacen\u00edm na v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fa\u010det. V\u017edycky ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee se pojistn\u00e9<strong> vypl\u00e1c\u00ed proti faktur\u00e1m na opravu domu<\/strong>. Jestli\u017ee dojde k \u00fapln\u00e9mu zni\u010den\u00ed nemovitosti, poji\u0161\u0165ovna doplat\u00ed zbytek hypot\u00e9ky za v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti mus\u00edte m\u00edt povinn\u011b sjednan\u00e9 <strong>po celou dobu spl\u00e1cen\u00ed <\/strong>hypot\u00e9ky. M\u016f\u017eete si vybrat z \u0161irok\u00e9ho spektra poji\u0161\u0165oven. Pokud zalov\u00edte v s\u00edti poji\u0161\u0165oven sp\u0159\u00e1telen\u00fdch s bankou, kde \u010derp\u00e1te hypot\u00e9ku, banka v\u00e1m \u010dasto nab\u00eddne <strong>slevu na \u00faroc\u00edch<\/strong>. Proto\u017ee se ale pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky pohybuj\u00ed nad touto slevou, obvykle se i tak vyplat\u00ed porovnat v\u0161echny nab\u00eddky na trhu. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu spl\u00e1cen\u00ed hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru pak svoje poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete libovoln\u011b mezi poji\u0161\u0165ovnami p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozor:<\/strong> Pojist\u011bte nemovitost na celou hodnotu sv\u00e9ho bytu nebo domu a<strong> pravideln\u011b smlouvu aktualizujte<\/strong>. Vyhnete se tak podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti a situaci, kdy v\u00e1m pojistka nepokryje n\u00e1pravu \u0161kod. V\u00edce se m\u016f\u017eete do\u010d\u00edst v na\u0161em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/podpojisteni-nemovitosti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u010dl\u00e1nku o podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <em>80 % poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00ed, \u017ee jim pojistn\u00e9 novou st\u0159echu nad hlavou nezaplat\u00ed<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pojisteni-domacnosti-jako-dobrovolny-bonus\">Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti jako dobrovoln\u00fd bonus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>K poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti se \u010dasto sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 nicm\u00e9n\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 banka k hypot\u00e9ce <strong>nevy\u017eaduje<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti chr\u00e1n\u00ed budovu \u2013 zdi, dve\u0159e, okna atd., poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti <strong>kryje jej\u00ed vybaven\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1bytek, elektroniku a cennosti. Na rozd\u00edl od poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti v\u00e1m poji\u0161\u0165ovna proplat\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu, ale nekontroluje, na\u010d pen\u00edze vyu\u017eijete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pojisteni-nemovitosti-a-domacnosti-v-kostce\">Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti a dom\u00e1cnosti v kostce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>povinn\u00e9 <\/strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chr\u00e1n\u00ed zastavenou nemovitost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159i sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed u bankou vybran\u00fdch poji\u0161\u0165oven m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k <strong>ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm \u00farok\u016fm<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nepovinn\u011b m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pojisteni-proti-neschopnosti-splacet\">Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet si m\u016f\u017eete k hypot\u00e9ce sjednat <strong>nepovinn\u011b<\/strong>, obvykle v\u00e1m ale za jeho sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed banka nab\u00eddne <strong>v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky<\/strong>. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed obvykle zaji\u0161\u0165uje banka jako prost\u0159edn\u00edk a vy se st\u00e1v\u00e1te sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <strong>kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je uzav\u0159ena mezi bankou a poji\u0161\u0165ovnou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed schopnosti spl\u00e1cet, je nej\u010dast\u011bji ch\u00e1p\u00e1no jako<strong> poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky<\/strong>. Jeho \u00fakolem je <strong>chr\u00e1nit banku<\/strong> pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee nebudete del\u0161\u00ed dobu schopni spl\u00e1cet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vyhody-pojisteni-proti-neschopnosti-splacet\">V\u00fdhody poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem pro sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet jsou v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 nastavuje banka \u017eadatel\u016fm o hypot\u00e9ku. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee v\u00e1m kv\u016fli <strong>dlouhodob\u00e9 nemoci<\/strong> nebo <strong>vysok\u00e9mu stupni invalidity<\/strong> vypadnou p\u0159\u00edjmy, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pomoci <strong>p\u0159eklenout problematick\u00e9 obdob\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou oproti \u017eivotn\u00edmu poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je jeho <strong>univerz\u00e1lnost<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 hraje do karet <strong>rizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pojistn\u00edk\u016fm<\/strong>. Jeho sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed je tak\u00e9 velmi <strong>jednoduch\u00e9<\/strong>, obvykle sta\u010d\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159it souhlas s t\u00edm, \u00fa\u010dastnit se kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nevyhody-pojisteni-proti-neschopnosti-splacet\">Nev\u00fdhody poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed schopnosti spl\u00e1cet nem\u00e1 za \u00fakol chr\u00e1nit v\u00e1s, ale <strong>chr\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161i hypot\u00e9ku<\/strong>. Krom\u011b karen\u010dn\u00ed doby (=doba, kdy poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plat\u00edte, ale to v\u00e1s je\u0161t\u011b nekryje), kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee trvat \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b dny i m\u011bs\u00edce, je pot\u0159eba po\u010d\u00edtat se <strong>celou \u0159adou v\u00fdluk<\/strong> a nav\u00edc s \u010dasov\u00fdm omezen\u00edm poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasicky po\u010d\u00edtejte s t\u00edm, \u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebude kr\u00fdt <strong>prvn\u00edch 30 dn\u016f va\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti<\/strong> (v r\u00e1mci kter\u00fdch se obvykle vr\u00e1t\u00edte do pr\u00e1ce), pojistn\u00e9 v\u00e1m pak nav\u00edc bude vypl\u00e1ceno jen<strong> maxim\u00e1ln\u011b po dobu jednoho roku<\/strong>.
