Jako klient pak bance standardn\u011b spl\u00e1c\u00edte pouze \u010distou hodnotu p\u016fj\u010den\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky (jistinu). Aby se lid\u00e9 v cel\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu l\u00e9pe orientovali, <strong>doch\u00e1z\u00ed nav\u00edc ke sjednocen\u00ed a v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ech st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-zm-ny-v-nz-light-rychl-podpora-a-v-r-pro-n-zkop-jmov-dom-cnosti\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zm\u011bny v NZ\u00da Light: Rychl\u00e1 podpora a \u00fav\u011br pro n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zm\u011bny nem\u00edj\u00ed ani program NZ\u00da Light, kter\u00fd se od nyn\u011bj\u0161ka zam\u011b\u0159uje v\u00fdhradn\u011b na <strong>n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/strong> <strong>Jeho \u00fa\u010delem je poskytnout rychlou finan\u010dn\u00ed podporu na \u00fasporn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 prim\u00e1rn\u011b na zateplen\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy. Aby se zamezilo nekvalitn\u00edm realizac\u00edm, st\u00e1t zav\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dohled, \u010d\u00edm\u017e chce zajistit, aby byla podpora maxim\u00e1ln\u011b c\u00edlen\u00e1. Podpora bude \u017eadatel\u016fm i nad\u00e1le vypl\u00e1cena p\u0159edem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fd\u0161e podpory v r\u00e1mci NZ\u00da Light \u010din\u00ed a\u017e 400 000 K\u010d, <\/strong>p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e je rozd\u011blena n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-250-000-k-je-vy-len-no-na-komplexn-zateplen-v-m-nu-vchodov-ch-dve-a-oken\"><strong>250 000 K\u010d<\/strong> je vy\u010dlen\u011bno na komplexn\u00ed zateplen\u00ed, v\u00fdm\u011bnu vchodov\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed a oken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-150-000-k-lze-vyu-t-na-energeticky-sporn-zdroje-konkr-tn-na-syst-my-pro-oh-ev-vody-i-fotovoltaiku\"><strong>150 000 K\u010d<\/strong> lze vyu\u017e\u00edt na energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 zdroje, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na syst\u00e9my pro oh\u0159ev vody \u010di fotovoltaiku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc49 <\/strong>K t\u00e9to dotaci si m\u016f\u017ee \u017eadatel vz\u00edt i bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br, pokud spln\u00ed schvalovac\u00ed podm\u00ednky konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed banky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-krit-ria-pro-za-azen-mezi-zraniteln-dom-cnosti\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Krit\u00e9ria pro za\u0159azen\u00ed mezi &#8222;zraniteln\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti&#8220;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aby mohl \u017eadatel do programu NZ\u00da Light vstoupit, mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat definici tzv. zraniteln\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti. Mezi n\u011b se \u0159ad\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-d-chodci-v-ichni-lenov-dom-cnosti-pob-raj-starobn-d-chod-limit-p-jm-je-u-1-seniora-do-25-tis-k-m-s-u-2-senior-spole-n-do-42-tis-k-m-s\"><strong>D\u016fchodci:<\/strong> V\u0161ichni \u010dlenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti pob\u00edraj\u00ed starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod. Limit p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f je u 1 seniora do 25 tis. K\u010d\/m\u011bs., u 2 senior\u016f spole\u010dn\u011b do 42 tis. K\u010d\/m\u011bs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-invalid-lenov-dom-cnosti-pob-raj-invalidn-d-chod-iii-stupn-zcela-bez-p-jmov-ho-limitu\"><strong>Invalid\u00e9:<\/strong> \u010clenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti pob\u00edraj\u00ed invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod III. stupn\u011b (zcela bez p\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9ho limitu).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-p-jemci-soci-ln-ch-d-vek-dom-cnost-prokazateln-pob-r-tzv-superd-vky-p-sp-vek-na-bydlen-p-davky-na-d-ti\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edjemci soci\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vek:<\/strong> Dom\u00e1cnost prokazateln\u011b pob\u00edr\u00e1 tzv. &#8222;superd\u00e1vky&#8220; (p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed + p\u0159\u00eddavky na d\u011bti).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-rodiny-s-d-tmi-dom-cnost-pob-r-p-sp-vky-na-d-ti-nap-rodina-s-2-d-tmi-do-13-let-a-m-s-n-m-p-jmem-do-53-tis-k\"><strong>Rodiny s d\u011btmi:<\/strong> Dom\u00e1cnost pob\u00edr\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky na d\u011bti (nap\u0159. rodina s 2 d\u011btmi do 13 let a m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmem do 53 tis. K\u010d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udfe0 Skute\u010dnost se dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159i \u017e\u00e1dosti o dotace ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm Rozhodnut\u00edm o p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vek. \u017dadatel nesm\u00ed vlastnit v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 nemovitosti ur\u010den\u00e9 k bydlen\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b byt\u016f v bytov\u00fdch domech a \u010dlensk\u00fdch pod\u00edl\u016f v bytov\u00fdch dru\u017estvech). \u017dadatelem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pouze vlastn\u00edk nebo spoluvlastn\u00edk nemovitosti, ve kter\u00e9 re\u00e1ln\u011b bydl\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-finan-n-limity-se-odv-jej-od-typu-renovovan-ho-objektu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finan\u010dn\u00ed limity se odv\u00edjej\u00ed od typu renovovan\u00e9ho objektu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objem finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f a doba splatnosti \u00fav\u011bru jsou jasn\u011b definov\u00e1ny podle typu rekonstruovan\u00e9ho objektu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-rodinn-d-m-bez-ro-n-v-r-lze-erpat-v-rozsahu-od-750-tis-k-do-2-mil-k-ur-eno-pro-celkovou-renovaci\"><strong>Rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm:<\/strong> Bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br lze \u010derpat v rozsahu od 750 tis. Pro n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 \u017eadatele je toto v\u0161e zdarma. Ostatn\u00ed \u017eadatel\u00e9 plat\u00ed fixn\u00ed poplatek 3 tis. K\u010d a bytov\u00e9 domy 5 tis. K\u010d.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-poskytovatel-a-roky-bez-ro-n-v-r-poskytnou-stavebn-spo-itelny-a-komer-n-banky-zapojen-do-programu-rok-i-rpsn-in-pro-adatele-fixn-ch-0-proto-e-vznikl-roky-bank-m-kompenzuje-st-tn-fond-ivotn-ho-prost-ed-sf-p-do-programu-se-zapoj-zejm-na-stavebn-spo-itelny-kter-ji-d-ve-poskytovaly-tzv-zv-hodn-n-v-ry-komer-n-banky-zat-m-nemaj-zpracovanou-vlastn-metodiku-nejpozd-ji-v-z-2026-bude-jasn-zda-budou-tyto-bez-ro-n-v-ry-poskytovat-i-klasick-banky-formou-p-j-ek\"><strong>Poskytovatel\u00e9 a \u00faroky:<\/strong> Bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br poskytnou stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny a komer\u010dn\u00ed banky zapojen\u00e9 do programu. <strong>\u00darok i RPSN \u010din\u00ed pro \u017eadatele fixn\u00edch 0 %<\/strong>, proto\u017ee vznikl\u00e9 \u00faroky bank\u00e1m kompenzuje St\u00e1tn\u00ed fond \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (SF\u017dP). <strong>Do programu se zapoj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na<\/strong> <strong>stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve poskytovaly tzv. \u201eZv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fav\u011bry\u201c. <strong>Komer\u010dn\u00ed banky zat\u00edm nemaj\u00ed zpracovanou vlastn\u00ed metodiku. <\/strong>Nejpozd\u011bji v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2026 bude jasn\u00e9, zda budou tyto bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fav\u011bry poskytovat i klasick\u00e9 banky formou p\u016fj\u010dek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc49 Seznam poskytuj\u00edc\u00edch bank a spo\u0159itelen<\/strong> bude zve\u0159ejn\u011bn nejpozd\u011bji koncem srpna 2026. K\u010d na udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 zdroje. <strong>Tyto zm\u011bny budou m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd dopad na komer\u010dn\u00ed firmy v oboru zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed, sol\u00e1rn\u00edch\/fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren a tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e1le se rozhoduje o tom, za jak\u00fdch podm\u00ednek \u2013 a zda v\u016fbec \u2013 budou poskytovatel\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148ovat t\u0159et\u00ed strany (v\u010detn\u011b FinGo).
