Jako majitel <strong>m\u016f\u017eete s bytem svobodn\u011b nakl\u00e1dat <\/strong>\u2013 prodat ho, darovat, pronaj\u00edmat nebo prov\u00e1d\u011bt stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy bez nutnosti souhlasu t\u0159et\u00edch stran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-dru-stevn-bydlen-db-v-tomto-p-pad-nekupujete-samotn-byt-ale-lensk-pod-l-v-bytov-m-dru-stvu-kter-je-vlastn-kem-cel-ho-objektu-nab-v-te-pr-va-a-povinnosti-lena-dru-stva-a-k-bytu-z-sk-v-te-pr-vo-u-v-n-na-z-klad-n-jemn-smlouvy-nakl-d-n-s-bytem-je-omezeno-stanovami-dru-stva-nap-klad-podn-jem-bytu-t-et-m-osob-m-m-e-podl-hat-souhlasu-dru-stva1\"><strong>Dru\u017estevn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed (DB):<\/strong> V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>nekupujete samotn\u00fd byt, ale \u010dlensk\u00fd pod\u00edl<\/strong> v bytov\u00e9m dru\u017estvu, kter\u00e9 je vlastn\u00edkem cel\u00e9ho objektu.
