V kupn\u00ed smlouv\u011b by m\u011blo b\u00fdt uvedeno, kdy a za jak\u00fdch podm\u00ednek se n\u00e1vrh pod\u00e1. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/hypotecni-kalkulacka\">p\u0159i koupi nemovitosti na hypot\u00e9ku<\/a> hraje vklad kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli \u2013 <strong>banka po\u017eaduje p\u0159esn\u00e9 term\u00edny a podm\u00ednky vkladu<\/strong>, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b kupovan\u00e1 nemovitost b\u00fdv\u00e1 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm \u00fav\u011bru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S kupn\u00ed smlouvou se tedy \u010dasto dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 i z\u00e1stavn\u00ed smlouva. Ob\u011b smlouvy musej\u00ed b\u00fdt v origin\u00e1le a s \u00fa\u0159edn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi podpisy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-kam-podat-n-vrh-z-le-na-katastr-ln-m-zem\"><strong>Kam podat n\u00e1vrh? Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 nemovitost se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9m katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 spravuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad. <strong>Na listu vlastnictv\u00ed najdete katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed, parceln\u00ed a popisn\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla<\/strong> \u2013 a podle toho ur\u010d\u00edte spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad. Pokud dokumenty nedopln\u00edte v\u010das, n\u00e1vrh bude zam\u00edtnut a je nutn\u00e9 podat nov\u00fd. <strong>U hypot\u00e9ky to m\u016f\u017ee znamenat probl\u00e9m s \u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm pen\u011bz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po pod\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu se na nemovitost vyzna\u010d\u00ed tzv. <strong>plomba<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 chr\u00e1n\u00ed navrhovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo p\u0159ed zm\u011bnami po dobu 20 dn\u00ed.
