Obvykle svoji smlouvu neaktualizuj\u00ed ani v horizontu p\u011bti let a z hlediska poji\u0161\u0165oven si tak poji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed st\u00e1le men\u0161\u00ed kousek svoji nemovitosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A te\u010f pozor!<\/strong> Pokud jste si pojistili sv\u016fj d\u016fm na 2 miliony korun, pojistku pravideln\u011b plat\u00edte a o sv\u016fj d\u016fm jste p\u0159i\u0161li, nedostanete ani \u010d\u00e1stku 2 miliony. Jde o stav, kdy pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tzv. tot\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161kody neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stce, za kterou bude mo\u017en\u00e9 odstranit zbytky nemovitosti p\u016fvodn\u00ed a postavit nemovitost novou. Bude-li pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka v&nbsp;dob\u011b pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pojistn\u00e1 hodnota nemovitosti, m\u00e1 poji\u0161\u0165ovna pr\u00e1vo sn\u00ed\u017eit pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9m pom\u011bru, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9m je pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka k&nbsp;pojistn\u00e9 hodnot\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong> Rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm aktu\u00e1ln\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd na 2 mil. Z&nbsp;\u010deho zaplat\u00edm zbytek opravy st\u0159echy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"o-podpojisteni-vetsina-lidi-proste-nevi\"><strong>O podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed prost\u011b nev\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cca <strong>50 % poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch nev\u00ed<\/strong>, na jakou hodnotu m\u00e1 svoji nemovitost poji\u0161t\u011bnou.<\/li><li>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 <strong>60 % poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch neaktualizuje<\/strong> do 5 let pojistnou smlouvu.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>80 % poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>\u017ee by<\/strong> za d\u0159\u00edve sjednanou pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stku nemovitost <strong>znovu nepostavilo.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"podpojisteni-bez-aktualizace-smluv-v-prubehu-casu-jeste-poroste\"><strong>Podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bez aktualizace smluv v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu je\u0161t\u011b poroste<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00fd je<strong> v\u00fdhled cen nemovitost\u00ed<\/strong> dle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceec.eu\/media\/?rok=2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pr\u016fzkumu spole\u010dnosti CEEC Research<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina osloven\u00fdch developer\u016f (91 %) o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 r\u016fst cen sv\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed. Ceny by dle jejich o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bly vzr\u016fst o 9 %. Obecn\u011b se d\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee s n\u00e1r\u016fstem hypote\u010dn\u00edch sazeb za\u010dne klesat rychlost r\u016fstu cen nemovitost\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b ceny nad\u00e1le porostou. Pokud tedy neaktualizujete svoje pojistn\u00e9 smlouvy, v praxi budete \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edce podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jak-vzniku-podpojisteni-zabranit\"><strong>Jak vzniku podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete zabr\u00e1nit<strong> sjedn\u00e1n\u00edm pojistky s tzv. indexac\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy je aktualizace pojistn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stek, limit\u016f pln\u011bn\u00ed a pojistn\u00e9ho v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti na odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm infla\u010dn\u00edm v\u00fdvoji na stran\u011b poji\u0161\u0165ovny.
