Na trhu tak za\u010dne popt\u00e1vka po nemovitostech p\u0159evy\u0161ovat nab\u00eddku a prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed si tak mohou dovolit nasadit vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu. To nemovitosti prodra\u017e\u00ed a vlastnick\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed se op\u011bt pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 lidi stane nedostupn\u00e9.
