Snaha z\u00edskat <strong>v dob\u011b extr\u00e9mn\u011b levn\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k<\/strong> d\u00edky refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky se v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod\u00edlela na celkov\u00e9m objemu sjednan\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k. <strong>K&nbsp;p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed ji\u017e v\u0161ak nebude d\u016fvod<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edsla tedy poklesnou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K&nbsp;ochlazen\u00ed trhu&nbsp;by v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch krom\u011b r\u016fstu \u00farokov\u00fdch sazeb mohl p\u0159isp\u011bt i <strong>efekt mo\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed<\/strong>. Prvn\u00ed t\u0159i \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku byl toti\u017e z\u00e1jem o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/hypotecni-kalkulacka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hypot\u00e9ky<\/a>&nbsp;rekordn\u00ed a i&nbsp;\u201ecovidov\u00fd\u201c rok 2020&nbsp;byl pro banky \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"stihli-to-prave-vcas-uplynule-obdobi-bylo-rekordni\"><strong>Stihli to pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u010das? Uplynul\u00e9 obdob\u00ed bylo rekordn\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za prvn\u00edch dev\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f roku 2021 sjednaly banky podle Hypoindexu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 <strong>104&nbsp;tis\u00edc hypot\u00e9k<\/strong> za bezm\u00e1la <strong>323&nbsp;miliard korun<\/strong>. U\u017e t\u00edm p\u0159ekonaly dosud rekordn\u00ed lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok, kdy se objem poskytnut\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k vy\u0161plhal za 12&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na 254&nbsp;miliard korun. Tak\u00e9 po\u010dty sjednan\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k p\u0159ekonaly letos rok 2020. Jist\u00e9 ochlazen\u00ed tak u\u017e pozorovat lze, <strong>st\u00e1le je v\u0161ak v meziro\u010dn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed stejn\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po\u010det hypot\u00e9k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159ed p\u011bti lety, v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed roku 2016, dosahovala pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky podle Hypoindexu 1&nbsp;995&nbsp;626&nbsp;korun. LTV, tedy pom\u011br mezi p\u016fj\u010dovanou \u010d\u00e1stkou a hodnotou nemovitosti. B\u011b\u017en\u011b v\u00e1m proto banky poskytnou p\u016fj\u010dku jen do 80 %, v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b do v\u00fd\u0161ky 90 % z hodnoty va\u0161eho nov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed.
