Tento poplatek m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e des\u00edtek tis\u00edc korun. T\u00edmto krokem se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed mo\u017enost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/konec-fixace-hypoteky-2023-velky-pruvodce\/\">refinancovat hypot\u00e9ku<\/a> bez dodate\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-zm-na-z-kona-od-1-z-2024-nov-poplatek-0-25\"><strong>Zm\u011bna z\u00e1kona od 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2024: nov\u00fd poplatek 0,25 %<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Banka si m\u016f\u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u011b \u00fa\u010dtovat <strong>0,25 % z p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b splacen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky hypot\u00e9ky za ka\u017ed\u00fd rok<\/strong>, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m zb\u00fdv\u00e1 do konce fixace, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161ak <strong>1 % z celkov\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b splacen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka vytvo\u0159\u00ed tzv. <strong>referen\u010dn\u00ed \u00farokovou sazbu<\/strong>, od kter\u00e9 se budou sankce za p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 splacen\u00ed vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vat. Banka, kter\u00e1 poskytla hypot\u00e9ku se touto aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed sazbou bude \u0159\u00eddit.
