V\u00edte ale, jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastavit poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-par-zajimavosti-o-ceskem-chatareni\"><strong>P\u00e1r zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed o \u010desk\u00e9m chata\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skoro <strong>40 % \u010cech\u016f tr\u00e1v\u00ed nejrad\u011bji dovolenou na chalup\u011b<\/strong> a nem\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu vyr\u00e1\u017eet do zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010ce\u0161i si nej\u010dast\u011bji kupuj\u00ed <strong>v\u00edkendov\u00e1 obydl\u00ed v dojezdov\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>42 % lid\u00ed m\u00e1 rekrea\u010dn\u00ed nemovitost do 20 km od st\u00e1l\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 % chat a chalup le\u017e\u00ed ve vzd\u00e1lenosti do 50 km.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 % chalup\u00e1\u0159\u016f a chata\u0159\u016f doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e 100 km.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nejv\u00edc chat a chalup najdeme <strong>ve st\u0159edn\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch<\/strong>, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v okol\u00ed \u0159eky S\u00e1zavy. Tento boom odstartovala pandemie covidu a nav\u00e1zala na ni pr\u00e1ce na homeoffice. Krom\u011b toho lid\u00e9 za\u010dali <strong>rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekty vyu\u017e\u00edvat i k trval\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed<\/strong>. Po\u0159\u00eddit si chatu nebo chalupu toti\u017e \u010dasto vyjde mnohem levn\u011bji ne\u017e byt ve m\u011bst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se ale situace op\u011bt m\u011bn\u00ed. Ekonomicky slo\u017eit\u00e1 doba chalup\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd boom pozastavila. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee jim tento \u017eivotn\u00ed styl nevyhovuje, <strong>finan\u010dn\u011b nevych\u00e1z\u00ed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/proc-se-vyplati-prodej-nemovitosti-pres-realitniho-maklere\/\">chaty a chalupy zase prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ceny rekrea\u010dn\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed klesaj\u00ed, jejich pojistn\u00e1 hodnota ale ne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste si v\u0161imli, \u017ee chaty a chalupy zlev\u0148uj\u00ed. To se ale net\u00fdk\u00e1 jejich pojistn\u00e9 hodnoty. Je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00e1t si pozor na to, abyste svou <strong>rekrea\u010dn\u00ed nemovitost nem\u011bli zbyte\u010dn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/vite-jiste-ze-vam-pojisteni-domu-pokryje-pripadnou-skodu\/\">podpoji\u0161t\u011bnou<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm faktorem pro stanoven\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky nejsou tr\u017en\u00ed ceny nemovitost\u00ed, ale <strong>ceny stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f a prac\u00ed na znovupo\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed objektu<\/strong>. A ty neust\u00e1le stoupaj\u00ed. Podle \u010cS\u00da v lednu 2023 meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostly dokonce o 11,4 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-text-color has-background\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Na cenu poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti nem\u00e1 vliv atraktivita prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m va\u0161e chalupa nebo chata stoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naprost\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina poji\u0161\u0165oven chaty a chalupy poji\u0161\u0165uje jako rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekt. Pokud v nemovitosti bydl\u00edte trvale, za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed si ji m\u016f\u017eete pojistit za levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sazbu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rizika<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se do poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti zahrnuj\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u017eiveln\u00ed pohromy<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>vloup\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>vodovodn\u00ed \u0161kody<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>vandalismus<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti povodn\u00edm a z\u00e1plav\u00e1m<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bnujte zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost tak\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch povodn\u00ed nebo z\u00e1plavami. Ty <strong>nejsou automaticky sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nab\u00eddek<\/strong>, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou nap\u00e1chaj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u0161kody. Povodn\u011b a z\u00e1plavy jsou nav\u00edc v \u010cesku pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dast\u00fdm jevem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech je riziko v\u00fdskytu povodn\u00ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jinde. Z\u00e1plava se tak m\u016f\u017ee se t\u00fdkat ka\u017ed\u00e9 nemovitosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se nemovitost nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve 2. nebo 3. povod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt cena za pojistku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny nemovitosti ve 3. povod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b dokonce nepojist\u00ed v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemovitosti ve 4. povod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b, kter\u00e1 je spojen\u00e1 s vysokou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed povodn\u00ed, pak nepojist\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina \u010desk\u00fdch poji\u0161\u0165oven. Jedin\u00e1 poji\u0161\u0165ovna, kter\u00e1 pojist\u00ed nemovitost i ve 4. povod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b, i kdy\u017e s p\u0159ir\u00e1\u017ekou, je Pillow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti po\u017e\u00e1ru<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u017e\u00e1rem se obvykle rozum\u00ed <strong>ohe\u0148, kter\u00fd se nekontrolovan\u011b \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed <\/strong>nebo byl \u00famysln\u011b zalo\u017een pachatelem. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ale zpravidla zahrnuje i <strong>po\u0161kozen\u00ed nebo zni\u010den\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed zplodinami a ha\u0161en\u00edm po\u017e\u00e1ru<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru je automaticky v z\u00e1kladu ka\u017ed\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny. Jde toti\u017e o nejob\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed riziko s vysok\u00fdmi \u0161kodami. Podle dat \u010cAP jsou po\u017e\u00e1ry <strong>nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edmi ud\u00e1lostmi na majetku<\/strong>, a to jak absolutn\u011b, tak i v pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 \u0161kod\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-text-color has-background\"><strong>Zaj\u00edmavost: <\/strong>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u0161koda v roce 2022 vystoupala na v\u00edc ne\u017e 670 tis\u00edc K\u010d a celkem poji\u0161\u0165ovny klient\u016fm vyplatily p\u0159es 3,5 miliardy K\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Data nejsou nijak p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e1, po\u017e\u00e1ry pat\u0159\u00ed k jedn\u00e9 z nejni\u010div\u011bj\u0161\u00edch majetkov\u00fdch pojistn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. Rok 2022 byl z hlediska po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f velmi dramatick\u00fd. Pro tyto p\u0159\u00edpady je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt <strong>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti z dr\u017eby nemovitosti<\/strong>, a to s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm limitem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Po\u017e\u00e1r v k\u016fln\u011b, stodole nebo samostatn\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017ei<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro tyto vedlej\u0161\u00ed objekty nebo stavby v\u011bt\u0161inou plat\u00ed <strong>rozd\u00edln\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>. Zjist\u011bte si proto podm\u00ednky p\u0159\u00edmo u sv\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do stejn\u00e9 kategorie pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad op\u011brn\u00e9 zdi, studny, p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161ky, d\u00edlny nebo baz\u00e9ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 se n\u011bkdy myln\u011b domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm domu vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed v\u0161e. Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti ale nezahrnuje vnit\u0159n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed \u2013 to je pot\u0159eba pojistit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/pojisteni-nemovitosti-a-domacnosti-jak-se-v-tom-vyznat\/\">zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 jako dom\u00e1cnost<\/a>. Jde o vybaven\u00ed <strong>od n\u00e1bytku p\u0159es elektrick\u00e9 spot\u0159ebi\u010de a\u017e po obuv a oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>. Rizika, kter\u00e1 si m\u016f\u017eete v poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti vybrat, jsou <strong>\u017eivly nebo zlod\u011bj<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pozor na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 poji\u0161\u0165ovna m\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<strong> vlastn\u00ed po\u017eadavky v pojistn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch<\/strong>. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1mky, jindy mus\u00edte m\u00edt dve\u0159e s bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm kov\u00e1n\u00edm, mo\u017en\u00e1 i m\u0159\u00ed\u017ee na oknech.
