Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky tehdy byla 2,4 milionu K\u010d a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba 2\u00a0% p.a.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-rok-2021\"><strong>Rok 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed rok do\u0161lo v&nbsp;po\u010dtu \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed k&nbsp;markantn\u00edmu r\u016fstu. M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b se jich tehdy pod\u00e1valo a\u017e 5 000. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky stoupla na 2,6 milionu K\u010d, co\u017e podpo\u0159ila ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sazba kolem 1,89 % p.a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-rok-2022\"><strong>Rok 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S p\u0159\u00edchodem roku 2022 na trhu nastaly v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby na 7 % p.a. m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek pokles po\u010dtu \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jejich po\u010det klesl na 450 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Nastaven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch parametr\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banky (DTI, DSTI a LTV) ovlivnilo dynamiku trhu. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky se vr\u00e1tila na 2,4 milionu K\u010d a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba stoupla na 5,3 % p.a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-rok-2023\"><strong>Rok 2023<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce st\u00e1le sledujeme trendy minul\u00e9ho roku, proto\u017ee se z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby dr\u017e\u00ed na \u00farovni 7 % p.a. Popt\u00e1vka po refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esto roste. V lednu lid\u00e9 podali 430 \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed, v \u010dervnu dokonce 816 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/nedosahli-jste-na-hypoteku-zkuste-to-po-zruseni-dsti-znovu\/\">zru\u0161en\u00ed regulace DSTI<\/a> od \u010dervence 2023 pomohlo dal\u0161\u00edmu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed.<br>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky na refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed vzrostla na 2,36 milionu K\u010d, co\u017e u\u017e se p\u0159ibli\u017euje \u00farovni z \u010dervna 2022 p\u0159ed zdra\u017een\u00edm. Pokud se ohl\u00e9dneme za rokem 2022, zjist\u00edme, \u017ee tento rok trh s refinancovan\u00fdmi hypot\u00e9kami zna\u010dn\u011b rostl. B\u011bhem prvn\u00edho pololet\u00ed bylo pod\u00e1no 4 064 \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed a celkov\u00fd objem t\u011bchto hypot\u00e9k dos\u00e1hl 9,27 miliardy K\u010d. Ve druh\u00e9m pololet\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme o\u010dek\u00e1vat je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed aktivitu. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee se po\u010det \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed bude pohybovat kolem 5 000 a objem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/blog\/konci-vam-fixace-hypoteky-tipy-jak-si-snizit-splatky\/\">hypot\u00e9k na refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> se vy\u0161plh\u00e1 na 12 miliard K\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1 se tedy o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee celkov\u00fd po\u010det \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed dos\u00e1hne hranice 10 000, zat\u00edmco celkov\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed objem uzav\u0159en\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k se vy\u0161plh\u00e1 na hodnotu 21,3 miliard K\u010d.
