Spousta z nich ji pak ale zapom\u00edn\u00e1 pravideln\u011b aktualizovat. A to je velk\u00e1 chyba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iGh6bXNe8aQ\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Posledn\u00ed dva roky toti\u017e do\u0161lo k <strong>dramatick\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen dom\u016f i byt\u016f<\/strong>. Zv\u00fd\u0161ily se ceny n\u00e1jm\u016f, stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f i stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed. Podobn\u00e1 situace nast\u00e1v\u00e1 i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nemovitost zrekonstruujete nebo dostav\u00edte. To v\u0161e zvy\u0161uje jej\u00ed hodnotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzkou \u010d\u00e1stku <strong>se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se i t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed nemovitost nepojistili podle jej\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty, ale podle v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-text-color has-background\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad: <\/strong><em>P\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety jste si pojistili d\u016fm v hodnot\u011b 5 000 000 K\u010d. Stejn\u00fd dnes ale postav\u00edte za 7 000 000 K\u010d. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pojistka nepokryje \u0161kodu, budou v\u00e1m chyb\u011bt pen\u00edze a svou situaci nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00edte.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-aktualizace-smlouvy-je-z-klad\"><strong>Aktualizace smlouvy je z\u00e1klad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Minim\u00e1ln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva roky zkontrolujte hodnotu poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 nemovitosti a <strong>smlouvu p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b aktualizujte<\/strong>. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je to hlavn\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy je rozd\u00edl mezi hodnotou nemovitosti a pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stkou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 20 %.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160patn\u011b nastaven\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se neprojev\u00ed jen p\u0159i fat\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0161kod\u00e1ch, ale i p\u0159i d\u00edl\u010d\u00edm po\u0161kozen\u00ed.
