Vedle \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch \u017eivly se poji\u0161\u0165ovny sna\u017e\u00ed zaujmout kryt\u00edm \u0161kod, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsob\u00ed odcizen\u00ed, vandalismus, po\u0161kozen\u00ed zateplen\u00ed fas\u00e1dy, poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zahradn\u00ed architektury, rostlin, porost\u016f a spoustu dal\u0161\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-jak-spr-vn-nastavit-poji-t-n-nemovitosti\"><strong>Jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastavit poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti je <strong>stanoven\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingo.cz\/pojisteni-majetku\">spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky<\/a><\/strong>. U rodinn\u00e9ho domu, rekrea\u010dn\u00ed chalupy nebo chaty se pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka ur\u010d\u00ed jako suma, kterou pot\u0159ebujete pro <strong>v\u00fdstavbu podobn\u00e9 nemovitosti<\/strong> na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Byty se naopak poji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed na tr\u017en\u00ed hodnotu.<\/strong> V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tot\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161kody cel\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho domu se&nbsp; toti\u017e v\u0161ichni vlastn\u00edci byt\u016f jen t\u011b\u017eko domluv\u00ed na stavb\u011b nov\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho domu na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b.
